Internet Speed Meter - Privacy Policy

I handle information related to customers ( hereinafter referred to as “user”) in our app service([Internet Speed Meter App] hereinafter referred to as “this app”) as follows.

1. General Provision

       I obey personal information protection law and all the guidelines of government ministries and agencies and other related laws to protect user’s information.
   
   Communications Internet Speed Meter App Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as ”this policy”) is applied to use of this app (including our service regarding this app). In case I provide my handling of user information in privacy policy, other personal information protection policies and Terms of Use regarding Communications Internet Speed Meter App that are posted in my website, such policies and rules etc. shall be also applied and if they conflict with this policy, this policy shall precede them.
   
   This policy shall not be applied to partnering services provided by partners and other services that are provided by those other than me. For handling of user information in these services, please refer to privacy policies separately specified by the companies providing external services.

      We never collect personal sensitive user information like phone number, E-mail ID, user name.

   I shall properly handle the information acquired through use of this app to the extent of the following purposes.I shall not use it over the scope of usage purposes without user himself/herself’s content.
   1) To improve and add features to this app.

4.  Information to be Acquired

   I acquire the following information through this app and Storing on device storage .
   1) Device information (model name and OS version)
   2) Data Transferred and received volume information (each app’s Wi-Fi and Mobile communications volume ).

5. Changes of this Policy

   I shall review my handling of user information from time to time and make efforts to continue to improve it. I may from time to time change this policy as needed.
   
   I shall post the changed policy in this app or our website, or notify users of it in an easy to understand way. If I , however, make changes on the details requiring user’s consent by laws, I shall acquire user’s consent in accordance with the laws separately specified by me.
